Early-access terms

Who early access is for
You must be 18 or over. Create your own oveloworld account with an email address you control, verify that email address and provide an accurate display name. Early-access accounts are free of charge, require no payment card and do not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Discovery and planning
Listings are source-linked research ideas. They are not bookings, confirmed availability, provider partnerships or endorsements. Confirm suitability, access requirements, dates, full prices and terms with the provider. You arrange and pay providers directly if you choose to proceed.
Your content and sharing
You retain ownership of your diary content. Only upload content you have permission to use. We store and process it to provide your diary and the sharing you choose. Do not upload identity documents or sensitive information about other people.
Sharing gives the named email access to the selected text and photographs until expiry or revocation. Copies already downloaded or captured cannot be recalled. Updates to shared text are visible to current recipients. Keep a separate copy of important memories; photos are resized and originals are not retained.
Development and changes
This service is under development and may be interrupted or change. Storage allowances, long-term retention and paid plans will be explained before any paid launch. No charges will be introduced without your explicit agreement.
Control and contact
You can delete your diary entries and photographs, revoke sharing and export your text and trip records. For account deletion or support, email hello@oveloworld.com. This service is not a booking agent or an emergency-monitoring service in this release.
